Here’s what cities would look like without electricity

Ah, cities. Our bright havens that block out nearly all sources of natural light in the universe. Those who live in them miss out on the brilliant views on our galaxy that people in remote areas get to witness. It’s hard to imagine what cities would look like without any man-made lights, but photographer Thierry Cohen created a collection of photos that depict them as they might look with zero light pollution. We’ll never get to see our cities like this, but it’s nice to fantasize.
